Nardos has spent the last 14 years as a digital storyteller, moving from the private sector to public service in 2016. She is a firm believer in the value of every voice and has worked to use digital tools and equitable data practices to break harmful narratives and center all lived experiences, bridging gaps between communities across the globe. She has supported refugee communities, racial reconciliation work, labor movements, and more by humanizing the good, the bad, and the uncertainty around the impact of public policy and historical divisions.
Nardos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, with a minor in Political Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is currently a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and the Public Relations Society of America. She lives in Virginia with her two dogs and spends her free time reading books, volunteering in her community, traveling the globe, and working on unique artistic projects.
