Therefore, we support the religious community to put its moral and spiritual resources to bear against toxic polarization. We bring faith communities together across religious, racial, and political divides to build trust and work together to improve their communities, and we support faith leaders to transcend toxic polarization in their congregations, their communities, and across the country.
WHAT WE NEED:
The Executive Associate will provide administrative support to the senior leadership team. This position will include scheduling meetings and events, conducting expense management, copyediting content, and completing logistics for participation in major events and activities. This role will also include general coordination of the office, including in-office calendars, purchasing supplies, and coordinating cleaning and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and possess a high level of professionalism. This role will report to the COO.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Senior Leader Support
- Provide sophisticated calendar and email management for the CEO and COO.
- Complete various administrative tasks that facilitate the C-Suite’s ability to effectively lead the organization.
- Assist as point of contact for staff and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the C-Suite.
- Work closely with the CEO and COO to keep them informed of upcoming commitment and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Office Coordination
- Maintain accurate on-site inventory of supplies, keys, and organization swag and materials; responsible for collating & shipping materials offsite for events
- Ensure office is clean and organized, acting as in-person liaison for building management, cleaning team, and maintenance
- Retrieve mail, supporting Finance to process incoming checks
- Maintain hard-copy files, as needed
- Provide logistical support for in-office meetings and events
REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience
- Four years of administrative experience OR bachelor’s degree plus one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Monday.com project management software preferred.
Other Useful Qualifications
- Knowledge of specific religious traditions, cultures, and practices.
- Basic understanding of the dynamics of divisiveness in American society and the intersections with race and religion.
- Flexibility and good humor.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 per year, with growth potential. Generous benefits package includes medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement matching, professional development support, and generous vacation time.
