Your Place in the One America Movement

The One America Movement equips religious leaders and faith communities across the country to confront division within their congregations and across divides.

If you are a faith leader, there are many ways you can participate in the One America Movement. Most commonly, faith leaders participate in our programming alongside their religious community.

Within your faith community:

  • Learn how toxic polarization works, why it matters, and what to do about it.
  • Find support as you confront division within your congregation
  • Connect with a network of peers to support each other in doing this difficult and important work

Across Divides:

  • Build relationships with people who worship, think, and vote differently than you
  • Work together with like-minded religious leaders to build stronger, more united communities
  • Bring a sense of normalcy to the idea of coming together — and working— with people outside of your own group

We offer customizable programming for faith communities such as churches, campus, and student groups, religious camps, denominational networks, and more. Religious leaders can also participate in our denominational networks and training specifically designed to support them as they lead their congregations through these divided times.

    How it works

One America works with academics, neuroscientists, and experts in conflict prevention, identity formation, and psychology to design and evaluate our programs.
