Under Chandra’s leadership we expanded our programming to over 1,200 faith communities and strengthened program interventions with best practices from social science, psychology, and neuroscience.

Joe Slade is the Vice President of Operations, focusing on the organization’s finances, human resources, legal compliance, IT, and anything else that enables the One America Movement team to spend their time addressing toxic political polarization. 

Nanette Antwi-Donkor serves as the Vice President of Programs at One America Movement, where she spearheads multi-faith initiatives and oversees program support functions.

Tom is passionate about the work of reconciliation – which starts with building relationships across divides.

Shaykh Ibad is the Senior Muslim Advisor for The One America Movement, and is engaged in various chaplaincy work and interfaith initiatives in the tri-state area.

Kathleen is passionate about building community and fostering dynamic learning environments where people are equipped to engage with challenging situations and materials in redemptive and restorative ways.

Vickie is motivated to empower communities of faith to navigate division and broken relationships, reflecting her deep-rooted commitment to fostering unity and restoration.

Kevin is a community builder and loves making new connections. He enjoys watching the Tampa Bay Rays, struggling with crosswords, and going for runs.

April is a peacemaker at heart, and that mindset is what drew her to the One America Movement, where she helps communities better embrace the commonalities we all share.

Roger is a Certified Bookkeeper, certified by the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB). He also holds a QuickBooks Online advanced certificate from Intuit and is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.

Blake Farley is an Arkansas native dedicated to supporting local religious communities in shaping a better, shared future for their congregations and our country.

Alvin has served in many capacities in his life, including as a writer and a motivational speaker. He serves as an organizational coach/facilitator to congregations, corporations, and not-for-profit organizations across North America.

Adam Coleman is the Virginia Outreach Manager who is passionate about community development and engaging the culture on multiple levels. 

Daniel McIntosh is a community builder with a passion for fostering unity, creating positive change, and forging meaningful connections.

Gina believes everyone has intrinsic value and deserves to feel seen, heard, and known. She loves meeting people from different cultures and countries who have different backgrounds and beliefs. 

Jesus’ ministry of peacemaking thrives on trust, transparency, and strong relationships, and so Keith has worked hard to listen and build coalitions that can produce positive change.

Madeline is a Virginia native. She has a passion for the study of bridging divides and cultivating relationships across diverse groups.
